After taking 2 days to chill because of my 3rd job (got it the day I was eliminated, so getting eliminated ended up being a good thing)
Having a look at the answers to the questions I see what I didn't understand. I did not realise that they had to come after in the sequence listed. I suppose it makes sense for instance that Pokemon X/Y followed Black and White. I didn't quite follow that it had to be in that sequence throughout and felt they had to be related not level 6 = 6th thing. This is fine as I would have likely lost regardless because I am bad with general knowledge games anyway. However I do feel multiple examples may help next time with understanding how everything works. That alongside formatting since there is no need for a space in "LEVELTWOB" yet "X and Y" does require a space, I would be unsure if I got the answer correct because I would say "LEVEL SIXXandY" assuming there was no spaces allowed or even just using X/Y or XY. So multiple examples with answers that contain multiple words and single words I feel would be useful later to new players like myself unfamiliar with how formatting these work.
This is just some feedback on reflection because I had made some incorrect assumptions before going in and didn't have time to ask once I saw the actual questions. So my loss is definitely on myself, but I wanted to make a note of how an explanation of how things work could be improved for future new players that may have issues like myself.

Glad to hear from you Ike, and I very much appreciate the feedback. Congrats on the new job too, juggling 3 is super impressive! On the challenge, I think the descriptions definitely rely a little bit on some assumed knowledge. Before casting, I certainly intended for this game to be primarily targeted at veteran players. I put in some effort to make sure they explained as much as they could knowing that at least one person totally new to these games was playing, but I can certainly see how elements of that challenge could have slipped through the cracks, and that is on me! I know we can find it tough as hosts to put ourselves in the shoes of new players, so the feedback is super appreciated, especially as this is my first time doing this. I could have definitely made the caps and spaces more explicit; I think the description as written expects the reader to assume all caps, no spaces from the example given, and that's not ideal. For stuff like XY and X/Y, I think the description goes a good enough job of covering it though with the sentence on noting the format of the sequences. Since it was Black and White, I'd hope that you'd see that you needed the AND. That said, you're new of course, so I should have made it clear to you beforehand that if there was anything you didn't understand about the challenge before starting, you are welcome to pester me or anyone else with questions. I'm sorry that the last part of your experience in the game was probably a confusing and frustrating one.

Yeah I likely would have Said X and Y but not known the format in which to include spaces or not. The others are just possible alternatives one may have thought of just due to black and white being words not letters.
That aside, thank you for listening! Though I must apologise for a typo I made, I intended to say "jab" not "job" and it sounds much more impressive when I have that typo but no, I got my booster on Monday and was asleep most of Tuesday because of it. I wish I had the ability to juggle there jobs though!

And it wasn't too frustrating really! I'm generally terrible with these sorts of general knowledge games so I didn't expect to win once I saw the questions. It was just that my own questions arose only upon seeing the questions and the timer started, thus limiting my ability to ask for help. Hence my suggestions for giving multiple examples so one can better gauge if they have questions before joining the group and seeing what they have to deal with.
Thank you again for inviting me to this!

I also got my booster last week and it knocked me flat, so I know how that feels too.
