I'm gonna laugh my ass off if Richter gets himself eliminated by not reading the rules for how duels work. I mean, it'd be terrible, but also hilarious. That's what you get for not telling Squirtle, "No, you lunatic, why the fuck would you even consider voting against our ally for no reason?" the second he brought it up.

There's a very niche sort of moment that never, ever fails to make me laugh. And it's a moment where there's dramatic tension and mounting hostility, and just at the moment where crisis could be averted, someone goes and defiantly does the wrongest possible thing.  Like this. Big scary social worker doing a home visits. He can ruin everybody's lives if it doesn't go well. The stakes couldn't be higher. All Stitch has to do to salvage this situation is just let this guy leave. So what do Stitch do? Just hauls off and nails him in the face with a book for absolutely no reason. It kills me every time. It never, ever stops being funny. It's stupid and suicidal and needlessly defiant, but the sheer ballsiness of it is a joy to behold. So, me wordlessly messaging Piranha Plant a picture of a weed eater cutting down a plant? Objectively mean. Possibly cruel. Strategically very stupid for so many reasons. But from a purely comedic standpoint? So worth it. |

Hey Pyra and Mythra! Having seen the completed teams, I'd love to hear your take on them as someone outside of both. Does either stand out as a more favourable destination after the next duel? Are there any particular players you will want to join up with or avoid?
