Assuming I'm all correct there (dice have pips! Might not have risked that for real), it puts me on 1470.

Safe to say I'd have likely won, even if two were incorrects. The trickiest part there was figuring out what the images are. Long time since I played Pikmin, I still don't know what the future Orb is supposed to be..

Now for the added layer of complication of bunging anagrams in here.

I used to have a good site for this. Most sites give you one word at a time only or have strict letter limits, both of which are not great under a time limit.


FTR, the Future Orb was a Crystal Ball. Yes I googled. I was afraid it was a signed collectors baseball on a plinth, and would have counted against the games Q.

Another practice pass, but this time I am purely trying to pull every image from the hidden ones into a single post. Not a true test since I've seen things, but that'll be step one in the upcoming duel, and I suppose there are going to be about as many letters as there just are items in that one.

That plan looks like so:

1) Grab all images (cutoff at ten minutes) into single post
2) Type letters to note pad
3) Squiggle for anagrams with preference for as many eight-letterers as possible (14 min)
4) Drag letters into right lines
5) Pray Proboards doesn't start asking for attachments like it do sometimes..
6) If time, run the words through the scrabble checker to double-check


If I'd thought of it, I should have played the duel Squirtle did just to feel out if he's beast-mode here or not, and hos risky I want to run things. Too late for that, I'm in the headspace for this duel now.
