 SAND OCEAN Another easy round! THE CAPTAIN keeps breezing on through, not a care in the world. It's almost TOO easy- but here we've got SAND OCEAN, and this is all about pipes, spinning in a tunnels, you gotta be careful or that vision blurs quick! I'll try and do some damage control, but also wouldn't mind just fucking shit up at this point. If Wario joins us, we're both immune, and I'm 100% voting with the plant there. I'm literally going insane scrambling with the duellists, but I would love some sweet, sweet revenge. If Richter comes back, that won't happen, but at least I'll still be safe.
Fuck Ricky boy for turning on me and then lying about it! At least Falco is being straight up, which I appreciate. And fuck the twins for just ignoring me- how am I supposed to work with that? They are humourless.

Okay maybe I should play this smart and work my way back up rather than go the death and hellfire route at final 19.  Good convo with the twins, hopefully that's something we can get going now that the air is clear. The other three- still no clue what happened, that alliance though is the missing piece that they're talking their way around. Cos why was my name in the mix if this was such a sure thing? I get how people are left out of alliances, I did miss a huge chunk of time at the start there, so that's all good. And Squirtle still stuck by me so at least our relationship meant something real. In fact it's almost more impressive that I forced a tie to begin with if the other four had an alliance. Yeah, that's how I'll spin it!  Falco, well, no hard feelings really since he was between a rock and a hard place I guess. Richter on the other hand- he's full of shit. I'm gonna give him a bit of a hard time here and try and squeeze the truth out of him, cos his story makes no sense. Might be smarter to play dumb, but I'd rather clear the air now to try and get something going again, and get revenge later. I guess this is just a lesson to trust my instincts I guess? I've felt this the entire time, and kinda ignored the red flags, but also not quite sure what else I could have done here anyway. I placed my bids correctly, just a shame my attack bid was invalid in the end. Bummed I lost two big cards but I've got bigger fish to fry right now. I hope do swap tomorrow now, cos my prospects aren't great if things stay the same and we get back down to five again. But now my name's been circulated, that can stick in arena, so wherever I go it's gonna be tough to avoid duelling. But I'm in survival mode now, so I'll enjoy the ride for as long as it lasts! |

I'm sure this is fine, that rule is more a holdover from AS because it allows us to better detect newbies who may not be who they say they are. |

Talim was just trying to save herself. Pom Pom was completely blameless. Misty was doing her best. Rose... okay, I'll give you that. There is a benefit to being the "crazy" tribe to some degree, but that's mainly in a two tribe/no swap scenario. Really don't see the benefit to this heading into a likely swap tonight. |

Kinda hope Ricky comes back now so the plant gets forced out, that's the smartest play for me. But it's counting on a swap, cos I'd be in dire straights otherwise.
If Wario comes back, I will follow through with what I've told him partially cos it'd be too late to back out now, unless the plant totally disappears. But I'd probably force Falco in the ring.

Shame I never got to clear the air with Ricky, but not sad he's gone tbh. Don't think I was ever gonna get a straight answer there, and get a feeling he was sullying my name on the way out. I feel like I'm gonna have a bullseye on my back from here on out regardless.

If we don't swap, might be regretting not pushing for Falc here. But plant wasn't even around to plot with, and I don't think Squirtle was up for it regardless. Also may regret that non-SHIELD bid, but I think I've got a good thing going with the twins that may pay off here. And if it is me, I like to think I'd at least get a heads up and can go all in on attack.
