Final Blue Duel

I think I mentioned this to each of you in private, so we may as well talk about it in public.

Right now we're only four, and WFT threatened publicly to go back to red. We're probably staying as four for the vote.

Now we can all work our little angles and each duo of us can look at which of the other two we should consider and get snippy and break what trust we have rebuilt. OR one of us could go in and duel voluntarily.

This is NOT me volunteering, but it is something I would consider. Some questions:

Is anyone else comfortable volunteering?

We could arrange the right duel for your preferences to be the one that is selected. Top five at the very least. Someone else could even pay for it so you can still try for Grab/Shield. We all came to fight/prove our Ace Pilot-ness right?

Would this make us look too united in the shuffle?

Like that fucking team had a volunteer they are too close, let's cut em while we can.

Is this a stupid fucking idea?

Five days cooped up I'm starting to get cabin fever. If this is stupid tell me as much.

THE CAPTAIN would gladly volunteer for his crew! Too bad THE BLUE FALCON is on her rest day, couldn’t bang her up like that on a day off. Really though, I'm not terrified of THE RING (saw it in cinemas, in fact) but I'd probably have to be volunteer'd rather than volunteer off my own back. 

As for perceived BLUE closeness- well, we've already had a deadlocked tie and rocks, they know we're a mess. But I think the straight up truth is all that needs to be said here. That's pretty much the scenario we're in- big mess, working every angle, everyone tense about the person to their left, person to their right. Then one of us says, well DARN all that, I'm taking matters into my own hands cos I've had enough of you jokers, send me to THE RING and the swap that follows. It'd be more or less a ceasefire, I suppose. 

Besides even if we are perceived as a tight four- we're gonna end up 2/9 on each tribe in all likelihood, so there's gonna be bigger fish to fry, I'd hope. I think it's more likely they take pity on us. 

Gonna be funny if a duellist comes here and reads all this. But nothing here is damaging, it's just a transparent look into our dynamics, which are less clear than a pot of oil.

I don't mind someone rocking up from the arena and reading this. I reckon Marth knows what we're like already. Plant will probably gain more info here than he ever does in PM. And WFT could do with a glimpse into how messed up we really are.



Squirtle, where are you seeing no Attack Bag for the duellist? I see that for Grab bag - since they'll become the new captains, but not Attack.

I think we must smell, why are we always getting the cold shoulder? BLUE just can't catch a break. Even the immune boys didn't wanna come to watch the show.

Silver lining here is that we don't have another player possibly getting in the way of an ATTACK bid, and now we can be sure this thread remains public. So we can decide what sorta story we wanna spin or if we just stick with the truth.

Alright, noted ladies. With Falco on attack, Squirtle that leaves immunity for us, but we're bidding against 9 other randoms so I'm considering just sitting on my stack here, suppose it doesn't matter though.

And yeah I kinda agree that we may as well just be straight up about it- I think coming up with some harebrained story might just make us seem more sketchy than the truth would.
