Confirming a few things about post-merge voting I've seen questions about. Every round, the top two vote-getters will go into The Ring. In case of a tie, any parties involved in the tie will not vote, like usual, with the addition that if there is a tie for the second highest vote-getter, the player already voted in will also not participate in the revote. Everyone else will participate, including those who voted for the highest vote-getter.
