I will now reveal the stages on which will battle for your survival in this game. The following stage was banned by Captain Falcon... Paper Mario This leaves... I will sticky this thread in the Stage Select screen for you all to review the rules. When you want to complete the duel, you should add yourself to the respective groups I will make available shortly. You will then see a The Ring subforum containing a thread with the duel inside. Your time will start from the moment you join the group! You may do the duels in any order you please, in any number of sittings. To remind you both: the winner will be the one who wins the most of the three duels. Duellists must not discuss the duels amongst themselves until I have revealed the outcome, and the rest of you must not attempt the duels until then as well! I will now take 20 minutes to set the duels up; I will tag you when I am done. |

Falco WarioThe duels are ready. Some duel-specific info is here: Moray Towers should be fairly self-explanatory. For Kongo Jungle, note that you can't shoot across distances of more than one barrel in any direction. Spiral Mountain is probably the most complex duel of the game. Note that all triggers will follow these rules: - Any number below 20 will be spelled out in words, and above, in numbers - All triggers will omit words like "The" or "A" - The "And" in category titles will be the word "and", not an ampersand (this thing: &) For this duel, since it involves triggers and potentially trial and error, you have the option of performing it while I watch to confirm the challenge is working as intended. Let me know when you plan on completing it if you would like this. In addition to this, since there are three challenges in here, I'm prepared to offer you more time to complete them if needed. Just ask. Good luck to you both!

Reading the rules on these, I do have questions.
First, I think I misunderstand the 'honeycomb' space in the trivia. I may just be overthinking, let me know if I have this correct.
Three mystery questions will reveal a 'honeycomb tile' image when correctly answered/triggered instead of whatever usual image.
Somewhere on the grid one space is marked as a honeycomb (i.e. we see this one from the start).
So if you reveal one of those images, you can stop whatever path you needed to get there, and teleport your path to continue on from that space instead.
Sound right?
Also, there's no need to draw on the grid board or anything, just need to have a string of correct answers that would give me a valid path, right?

The first duel was Kongo Jungle, which was very close indeed. Winning Kongo Jungle was...  Falco! Falco's time was 1 minute and 50 seconds, to Wario's 1 minute and 53 seconds. Coming up next is Moray Towers. |
