 Masahiro Sakurai And Jeri completes The Butts! Losing you both in the space of a couple of hours was sad, but it was really special to me to have you both playing.  We probably didn't get the best of you in this at all, with how busy you were. The truly incredible part is how you still managed to be so well-liked with so little time. You have this magical power to win people over with how effortlessly fun and likable you are and seeing you avoid The Ring all swap that way was remarkable. Your relative lack of Nintendo knowledge didn't seem to hold you back too much either, even as you posted GIFs of Chrom instead of Marth. Honestly, I don't even blame you for that one.  Master HandOf all the players who went into the Arena pre-switch without choosing to you always stood out as the one most likely to earn a position of influence long-term, and I think we did see that start to play out even once your work obligations really took over your availability. I do wish you hadn't let Green order you around as much, but I get why you had to play within yourself given the circumstances. Your natural likability always shined through and I think you could've done some serious damage had you been able. Sandbag Marth! I finally got to watch you play. Albeit cut short before its time. Fuckin' life. I loved Marthface updates so much, it added a weirdly chaotic vibe to your otherwise calm and jovial demeanor. I wish I'd gotten to see it play out to the end because I think you would've been a sleeper key figure in the mid-late merge but... sad times are sad. Still, you were excellent and you made a splash with the time that you had 
The Marth face lmfao You were a bit too busy to be able to commit here, which is fine, but you still were good despite that! After the rough start you really seemed to find your footing here and you weren't in danger in the slightest during the swap which I found very impressive. Sadly life caught up and you had to bow out, but the turnaround was very impressive and you had a lot of potential here! |
