I did just the hardest, then straight on to the next, then the next. Times for each:
21:17 X1
4:20 X 2 = 8:40
2:25 X 4 = 9:50
So the question is whether I'd have practiced enough to recognise the significant difficulty decrease between 10X10 and 8X8. If so, my time would have beaten even Richter's. If not I'd have still beaten Link, but not Yoshi. And my gut reaction when assessing the challenges was that the middle difficulty ought to be the most efficient. So I'm calling this +1 in the column of Squirtle self-expectations matched.
