Masahiro Sakurai I gotta go do stuff. But you'd better host a season two of this so I can win it. Preferably AFTER my boss approves my transfer to a less shitty job posting.

Masahiro Sakurai So this started so well for you, and gradually ended up being an absolute mess, and I was here for (almost) every moment of it. You were highly entertaining in everything you did, from your attitudes to volunteering, and some ridiculous lies for the sake of lies in an utterly misguided attempt at rattling some cages. I know it wasn't always, or even often good gameplay, but it was so hard not to love you doing it. I don't know what it says about me, but I find there to be something so endearing about your brand of smugness, and the rep of Falco made it even better. I couldn't help but cheer for you, even (especially?) after everything went to pieces. That final duel was tragic; not answering your questions when you hadn't read the rules properly was one of the hardest parts of hosting the game. Two self-inflicted losses when you'd spent so many cards on influencing the pool, ouch. Still, I'd have liked nothing more than to see you have to argue your case at the end, and I honestly wouldn't have minded seeing you somehow win. I think we'll collectively say enough about your gameplay, so I'd like to focus on your dedication. You had one of the game's best confessionals, and frequently took on the past duels, both things I appreciated a ton. Like Squirtle, you contended with a very unfriendly time zone, and you still managed to persevere through basically the entire game, and that is truly commendable. Having seen you play in ORG of the Rings, I had high expectations for you, and you managed to surpass them. Master HandThis is a hard one for me because everything I said in your Welcome thread is true, but everything I said throughout the game in the Host Blogs is also true I won't talk about the strategic side of things here because Sandbag took that job below, but I think my main concern was always your enjoyment and I could never figure you out in that way. You had this habit of being "obtuse" (as Robin has classified it) that undermined your relationships throughout, and it seemed you related this ORG to dynamics at ORGY that have never been in play in this timezone or meta? Idk. Seeing you in Jury has been a relief and it appears you're definitely been able to end all this on a good note, taking everything about your exit with good grace and humour. That you did hold it all together to be that close to winning says a lot about your capabilities overall. Sandbag Yog... Yog Yog Yog Yog Yog. Falco. What the fuck happened here lol? This has gotta be one of the messiest performances I've ever seen from anyone. Top to bottom. You were thrilling! Don't get me wrong. Engaging, funny at times, committed as fuck but maaaaan. You had such a bad read lol. Of everything. You were complaining about ORG Metas while interacting with a bunch of people who probably aren't aware of those metas at all, and newbies who haven't played Arena before. You kept trying to read into people's actions and you took all the wrong points. It was so consistent that it was impressive in its own sense how you cobbled together this coherent yet absolutely incorrect narrative of most everything that happened in this game. And yet you came so close to winning! If you had actually gotten that Wario/Falco/Yoshi F3 you were a favourite to win, and so how it was that Captain Falcon got no votes at F4 is utterly beyond me. Again, symptomatic of the genereal wrongness of so many things. And to top it all off your core strategy from the beginning regarding the duels, the thing that you were the most successful at (11 Bag wins!!!) ended up backfiring in your face so hard that I just can't help but laugh.
Oh Falco, this was a MESS in every aspect I feel like you overthought yourself into getting the wrong take on almost every single instance, and I was entranced by it. I loved watching you make the moves you did based on a web you had created that ended up being incorrect. It did feel like there were times when you would talk about org metas and such that you don't like and go into deep conspiracies about people here doing them and then Yoshi/Wario would be like "hi this is my first arena game........." and I always died over it. But deciding Wario was the threat over Captain Falcon... that one was bad, you could've won the game had you dueled him at the end, but I think you coming up with the wrong result and getting yourself booted over it was always the right way for this journey to end.
I LOVE me a good villain and Falco was exactly that. Sure it was too much at times, but as a whole I adored Falco and all his mess.

Enjoyed playing with you Kaz! Was really hoping to see you in the F3 when I logged back on, would have made the decision a lot easier. Me too M-Dawg. I guess now I can vent at Captain Falcon for splitting votes when it's the one thing I told him not to do! But for a hovering finger over the reply button in the 'votes' thread ay?

Honestly, I just enjoyed Falco a lot. There was something refreshing about hearing what he was doing and just letting it sit for 12 hours while he slept. Some other players in this game could've learned how to do that.

I made the mistake of watching an excruciatingly terrible episode of Australian Survivor instead of doing write-ups on the Final 3, so will quickly comment in here instead, lol.

Falco, Yoshi would've voted for you... You were a delight to talk to. Even if Yoshi was a "First time Arena" noob.
