Well, both can be true. I think his current storyline is that me and DDD are supposed to be the 'leaders' of the tribe? And then he and whoever we vote out next are the 'bottom', or something? I don't even know, it's so hard to follow his train of thought.

The Red Team is truly playing a different game than the rest of us, huh? Green Team was not a fan of Yoshi's gimmick, especially because I think only 1 of the original 7 Greens had an egg? We were all lowkey hoping he'd come to us so we could immediately put him back in. So I would be quite happy to see you guys throw him in!

Speaking of a swap, Wario is convinced we aren't swapping, I'm pretty sure. Dude was trying to say that agreeing to this system would 'mean you only have to duel once every seven rounds' like we're gonna just be here forever? It's incredible.

Well Wario isn’t telling me anything one way or the other Just said he didn’t know what happened. I was excited for him to try and smear your name go that I could act aghast and condemn you to an eternity if undead servitude. I think I may have already done that last part though.

Yeah it’s possible we don’t swap at all since there is already enough cross-tribal interaction between this place and the arena. I suspect we will though since there was nothing in the rules that indicated what would happen if a tribe got reduced to nothing. It’s a potential outcome that would have to be accounted for if we remained in these groups for longer than seven rounds. The three team dynamic will likely grow stale by then too.

The thing that makes me suspect reasonable swaps is the way that the Smash Balls work. It's stated that the clues are for different 'phases' of the game, and I've received all the clues I can for this phase just by being here three times. Are they really saying they didn't expect anyone to come more than three times pre-merge? I doubt it.

I'm thinking we swap near the end of the week, or over the weekend. I think we'd be at 17 after the weekend, but we can either have a double boot at the end of the week, or maybe just someone goes to the ring again, like for the beginning.

This is my assumption too. Swap into two tribes of eight over the weekend, with one person left out somehow and sent to the ring? Then another week in those teams with the merge at final twelve. Final three and jury of ten is confirmed so that would include the last pre-merge loser which would make sense to me.

Last pre-merge loser especially makes sense considering we'd presumably 'merge' during the last duel of the game, so whoever were to lose that duel would still be around during merge, just not officially on the merge tribe because they'd die beforehand. Definitely think that's the most likely turn of events.

So I told Richter/Samus some of what's going down here, mostly just Wario's inane volunteer cycle plan. Didn't go nearly as honest as I was with you, though. And now Richter's gone, so. Guess I hope you and Samus are on good terms?

Luckily, at this point the rest of the tribe seems to have come around on Wario being a fucking moron, especially the people on the outs of the tribe. Link was panicked as fuck, thinking Wario was just lying so he could blindside Link. Which Wario wanted to do, at one point. He was like 'KKR hasn't confirmed this plan with me, so maybe we just vote Link in and we tell him we're voting Dedede', to which I went 'so you want to have lied to Link about this volunteer plan all round, then back down, and still lie to him about the vote? do you WANT him hating our whole tribe?' and then he leveled out. Luckily he ended up volunteering by the end of it, but it was utterly messy getting there.

Link also clocked the Kaz/Wario/Dedede core of this tribe, which was pretty funny. KKR also has a pretty good scope of it, too, but I don't know if he'd want to topple it even if the option was presented.

Right now we're all just dancing around the subject of the vote. Wario's presumably going to expect someone to volunteer, but will they? I dunno. Link mentioned that he might, but I don't think he'll go through with it. Marth's not around for most of the day, specifically when most of this tribe is most active, so he might get thrown back in, I'm not sure. Or maybe the core three will try to push KKR/Link out once and for all?

Either way, I'd like to swap to a tribe with a little more sanity, thanks.

Yeah I don't understand why the grab bag isn't in hotter contention. Samus got in here with a 2% the other day and I took it back with 3%. Nobody else has even bid on it. It's not like they're even trying to hold onto their cards though since they keep dropping them on immunity and attacking even though they are not getting voted out anyway. My tribe is special like that <3 This seems like the most obviously useful of the three so I am just going to keep coming back here unless that slut Samus makes another go for it.

Speaking of Samus, yeah, we're cool. I see her as the most competent player here, along with myself, of course. Not that our competition is very stiff She made a point to tell me she likes you too and is also responsible for the nickname DP which will now haunt you forever. If you two were getting along well then I am happy to hear that.

Sounds like things have improved for you although your tribe still seems like a damn mess. You can probably safely boot Marth without fear of losing your overall numbers because as if anybody in their right mind is ever going to join the blue team now? The Piranha Plant will be voted out tonight and I suspect the remaining four are pretty tight, even if their last vote was chaotic af. Sending Wario straight back out on his arse after his volunteering plan would be pretty hilarious though. I support whatever you want to do. I'm sure you have things handled there any way it goes.

I think I already told you everything about my tribe? We are booting the Wii Fitness Trainer because she has self-voted twice in a row. It was pretty damning for her that, in some miraculous surge of red team activity, all of us other than her were online just before and able to confirm it. Probably not gonna see another clusterfuck 3-2-2 vote this time but that's alright. I'm happy to take it easy for another night. I'll let you do the hard work over there

Love that for her. Not the nickname, that will haunt me until the end of my days, but I'm glad I made a half-decent impression. She wasn't quite as chatty in here as Richter was, but I think that's just the Red way.

I think we're going to vote Marth in, that's probably the most likely outcome. He's gonna be offline until an hour before the round anyways... The obvious fear for Wario, and anyone else who actually buys into the plan, is that if we force Marth in he'll leak the whole volunteer plan thing. Oh nooo... Sure would be terrible. Just the worst. So yeah, I'm happy to throw him back in. He's not awful, but his schedule just really fucks any ability to strategize.

You think the Plant's gonna go in? From what little I know of Cap, I could absolutely see him sticking to his guns and voting with it and Squirtle (they were the 3 votes on the right side of rocks, I believe?) to take out the Aegis for real this time. I actually think that's sort of his only option? If they all combine and vote the plant out, and no one goes over there, they're probably going to rocks once more. Or the three in the majority can just keep their majority all the way to the swap. It's short-sighted, but... most players are.

If there's a tie bid it goes to the player that played the highest single card and if it still ties it's void and stays with the previous owner. Did you pull a Richter and skip reading the rules or something?

How the fuck do you know all of that about the blue team? Richter didn't say shit to me and idk what other avenue of information you could have. I suppose Wario could have found out and passed it on? He barely spoke to me either though. Do my glowing red eyes and razor sharp fangs put people off? Regardless, it sounds like you have a much better idea of the dynamics than I do so I will take your word for what you think will happen. That's kind of rough for Pyra and Mythra and Falco if they get voted out before the plant thing though!

I only read rules when they become relevant, and the Cards haven't exactly been contested... in any way. Why read 'em when I can make ignorant statements and get corrected by you?

I shot him a message asking how the votes shook out, he told me that was how things split. And then it also got passed to the Green Team in general from some stuff like Falco and Captain Falcon trying to recruit Wario, though Cap was claiming to be in the minority of the vote after rocks, so I don't know what's true exactly? I just trust Richter more than Captain Falcon (or Wario).

Obviously my non-glowing, normal red eyes are much more welcoming.

I would trust him over Captain Falcon as well although knowing our hot dumb boi he may have just straight up misunderstood what happened with the votes. Thanks for the tip anyway. I would go and gossip about this with my own tribe now but none of them are around or interested in talking about anything even if they are.

Currently the plan is to 'continue to volunteer cycle' by basically coercing Marth into 'volunteering' for us next. The logic is theoretically sound in the narrative they're trying to paint, saying that he needs to 'prove his worth' to the team since he just got here'. And Link's offering to volunteer afterwards, and Kaz volunteered for after that. It's absurd. I don't understand this tribe. There's so much behind the scenes overplaying leading to such bizarrely straightforward votes, but even the straightforward votes are layered in bullshit.

I think we're voting Marth in regardless of whether he agrees or not, though. So... we'll see how mad he is?

Those experience points won't do you much good with your shitty archer growths. I spoke a bit with Samus earlier and she was super jealous that I have our little dark angel all to myself again. I think she's legit keen on working with you in the future. Obviously I am too. Samus said she wants to work with the fun, interesting people and that we didn't have enough of those on our current tribe. Truer words have not been spoken. No pressure on your part though. I know you already have a lot of your hands with all those intertwining alliances on the green team but I just thought I'd put it out there so you know where we stand if we wind up together on the same tribe sometime soon.
