Honestly, the first time I played Awakening, I literally had Robin and Chrom both being bottom bitches pairing up with their respective wives. I was bad at strategy games, and I was sick of them dying. 
See, the thing that makes it kind of shitty either way is... Marth literally sleeps during the most active time of the day. He hasn't been around to strategize with anyone, so even if people wanted to ask him, which they did, they just... can't until an hour before. AKA Link, who actually is somewhat considerate, and directly asked Marth if he could volunteer. But theeen, because of the hours and hours of waiting, and people like Kazuya, Wario, and KKR being batshit crazy, they're just like 'we'll voluntell him and hope for the best'. So... yeah, it's shitty, but it's unavoidable with the insanity of half of this tribe. And it's not like I'm close enough to Marth to push them off of him, either, so shrug. Guess I'm complicit.
I also despise Yoshi, so we'll bond over that.
It's funny how us being on different tribes makes us value near-opposite things, and yet that helps us work together perfectly. You guys want someone with slightly more personality than a piece of cardboard, which I technically qualify for, and I just want some allies with more than 2 brain cells to rub together, who don't want to make ~big movez~ every 2 seconds. So trust me, I'm not gonna burn my team for no reason until I gotta, but I am in desperate need of some people who are competent, reasonable and active. The only person on this tribe who qualifies is Dedede, honestly. Kazuya is just competent, kind of unreasonable, not very active, Wario is neither competent nor reasonable, but very active, KKR is competent and reasonable, but not active. Link is reasonable and active, not very competent. So maybe my standards are high, but... I'm eager to meet, trust me.

It sounds like we are both looking for the same things moving forward, and may just be able to find them in each other. Samus wants to come back here next round so you'll be with her instead of me... Or possibly Mario who is also bidding on the grab bag, lol. Have fun with that!
